Elite Program

Minnesota Stars Elite Invite Teams:
15U – 16U /17U

 Elite Team goals are (14U-15U-16U):

  1. Gain exposure to college coaches across the nation
  2. Develop every player’s skills
  3. Play against the best players in the country.
  4. Develop the ability of our players to make an impact at the college level.

Playing with the Minnesota Stars Elite Teams (14 15, 16, ) you will:

  1. Play in front of at least 200 college coaches at every adidas event and gain immediate national exposure.
  2. Play against the top players in the country, 100 plus Division I players at every adidas events.

Minnesota Stars Elite Teams:
10U - 11U - 12U - 13U-14U (tryouts)

We will be having  at least 3 teams per age group in 2014. We do not want turn away very good players that want the chance to become a better basketball player. These teams will be formed through tryouts.

The teams will concentrate on individual and team development. These teams will play in Minnesota AAU events and the best local tournaments and 2 regional tournaments. These teams will be prepared to play at a very high level in the future.

Goals of the Teams are:

  1. Individual improvement and development
  2. Team success
  3. Participation to help each athlete prepare to play and compete on a "national" level.

The Minnesota Stars Program Fee: 14U-15U-16U $925 per Player.  The fee will cover tournament entry fees, skill nights, coaches salary, practice facilities, and other administration costs.  They also receive a gear package of shoes, T- Shirt and other items.  Uniforms are provided. Players are also responsible for all travel costs.

  • For the 9th-11th Teams, a $300 deposit is required upon registration. A Payment of $312.50 is due January 24, 2014, with $312.50 due by March 7, 2014.

The Minnesota Stars Program Fee:   12U - 13U - - $650 per Player.  The fee will cover tournament entry fees, skill nights, coaches salary, practice facilities, and other administration costs. They also receive a Gear package.  Uniforms are provided.  Players are also responsible for all travel costs.

  • The 7th and 8th Grade players a $225 deposit is required upon registration. A Payment of $212.50 is due January 24, 2014, with $212.50 due by March 7, 2014.

Minnesota Stars Program Fee: 10U - 11U  $550 per Player. The fee will cover tournament entry fees, skill nights, coaches salary, practice facilities and other administration fees. They will also recieve a Gear package  Uniforms are provided.  Players are responsible for their own travel costs.

  • The 5th and 6th Grade players have a registration fee of $200 due upon registration. A payment of  $175 is due  on Jan 24, 2014, with $175 due on March 7, 2014.
