2007 Individual Workouts
The
Minnesota Stars and Hoops 101 have put together a series of
workouts and shooting drills to improve the player with
aspirations of playing college basketball. Do these workouts
consistently and weekly and you will make tremendous
improvement. Remember to focus on doing the drill
correctly at first. Then as you master it work to do it
quicker. Make sure to ask us if you have questions.
